Is that how it goes? Hmm… Somethin’ like that.

Anyway, I recently decided I needed to start up a project to try and stop the neglect and post here more often. So here I am, and here it is:

A picture a day… wait… Gah, the title gave away the ending!! Somebody’s getting fired!!! Ok ok, but the details go a tiny bit further.

I want to have at least one picture every day for 365 days.

Now, this may not seem like a big deal, but I’ve been nervous about this ever since I considered starting it up. First off, the point is to end up with 365 good pictures, not a large collection of crap just so I can stick to my promise. Second, the rule is that I can’t dig up old photos and sneak them in here; they have to be brand spankin’ new every single day.

And that was always one of my biggest fears… How am I going to manage a good shot every single day? And how in the world am I gonna find the time?

But just like standing on a really tall diving platform at the pool, despite the fear, the hesitation, the pressure of a line of people waiting behind you, whatever; at some point you just have to jump.

So today, I jump! Today, the project begins. And it begins while this blog remains deathly quiet. By the time I start getting some traffic over here, this blog post will hopefully have become old news.
