Here’s Tom & Angela on their big day

The happy couple:

These guys were just…

Fun.

Between their beautiful, low-key backyard reception and their ultra-low-key escape shortly after cutting their cake (they literally sprinted over to the neighbor’s house where the rental car was waiting – all without announcing a single thing to any of the guests), this was a wedding experience all its own. Not to mention Martin had some very inspiring stories to tell of his service in Iraq.

And before I forget…

I’m usually pretty good about staying out of guest’s picture-taking, but I totally walked into that dude’s shot… Sorry about that!

Still though, kind of a cool capture :)

This wonderful couple’s engagements were so much fun, I couldn’t help but eagerly anticipate their wedding day. Here are some of my favorite shots, among which lies probably one of my favorite ring shots of all time.

The top of a step ladder, forcefully stating “NOT A STEP”… Then the rings, sitting in front, begging to differ! hahaha!

Ok, here we go.

Wil & Ashley:

Enis (pronounced Eh-niss) and Whitney were a joy to work with. Total goofballs and really comfortable with themselves.

So much so that when I had to run back to my car to grab something and come back, they took a smoke break. I asked if I could shoot them smoking and they said sure. I know it’s a nasty habit, they know it’s a nasty habit, and I’m sorry, but I don’t care; I love shots of people smoking – wedding or not. There’s something I find really interesting about it and if you dig deep enough, you’ll find some of my work with models smoking.

LOVE that shot of this couple! Let’s show a little character!

My new project FINALLY gets unveiled tomorrow! It’s one that’s very near and dear to my heart, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I’m excited to share it with you all.

Just days after their formals, Joe and Heather got married:

Trying to be a bit creative with the title variations for weddings :)

It’s already been a month since this awesome couple was married in beautiful Las Vegas. How time flies!

Like I mentioned before, this wedding was so amazing it made it my first ever truly positive trip to Vegas. And what made it so? Essentially, this awesome couple, that’s what.

The New York New York hotel (I was right next to the roller coaster listening to people scream! hahaha!), the Loews hotel with crickets chirping at night as I overlooked Lake Las Vegas, the awesome guests, the touching ceremony, all the fun everyone had, the partying; everything stemmed from just these two.

John, Amy, if you guys are reading this, I can’t thank you enough for taking such great care of me during my stay, and more than anything, for allowing me to be part of the truly beautiful celebration of your union.
